Problem

Small and medium businesses in Uzbekistan run on a patchwork of disconnected tools: bank apps, e-invoicing portals, tax reports, warehouse and payroll spreadsheets. Owners spend hours a day on paperwork, make costly compliance mistakes and still cannot see the real state of their company.

Solution

iHisobchi unites banking, e-documents with digital signature, tax reporting, warehouse, POS, HR and government services in one AI-driven platform. Owners create and sign documents by voice or photo in Telegram, while a self-learning core automates routine work and adapts to their industry.

B2B SaaS subscription per company, tiered by business size and active modules (documents, bank, warehouse, HR, POS). Revenue grows with the client: extra users and integrations are add-ons, marketplace deals earn a commission. Low-touch onboarding via Telegram keeps acquisition cost near zero.

In six months a team of four built and launched a production platform that normally takes dozens of engineers years: 17 business modules on one core, 13 already in production, 24 types of legally valid state documents, 142 screens and 67 operations available to the AI agent. 86 organisations work in the system
137,617 documents, 101,429 deals and 59,354 bank transactions have passed through it, with 4,401 documents created in the last 30 days. Invoice time dropped from 40 minutes on the state portal to 2 minutes by voice. Three of five autonomy levels are live: the AI prepares, checks and acts, while every signature still passes through a human confirmation card. Real-time voice agents (Grok Live Voice 2.0, GPT Realtime) run in production behind one adapter layer. Engineering discipline: 2,280 commits, 1,198 reviewed pull requests, 21,500+ automated tests, 117 kill switches, automatic rollback and nightly secret scanning. Live integrations: Didox, E-IMZO, banks, Tasnif, 1C, MoySklad.
