Problem

UniLink guarantees every discount reaches a real, verified student only once, via a code that changes every 30-60 seconds. Unlike paper coupons, businesses see how many new and returning students each offer brings and the sales it drives.

Solution

Students find nearby discounts in the UniLink app or website; the cashier scans their code in 10 seconds. Free 10-15% deals, Premium 20-50%. Businesses manage offers and reports in a self-serve portal; subscription from 99,000 som/month.

Business model

Two revenue streams: students pay for Premium (from 19,900 som/month) to unlock 20-50% deals, and businesses join free until we reach 100 partners, then pay from 99,000 som/month.

Target Market

University students and the cafes, restaurants, shops and services around campuses. We start in Andijan (99,100 students), then expand across the Fergana Valley (304,100 students, 16.4% of Uzbekistan), then nationwide.
