IT Park Ventures Portfolio Startup Verifix and Kazakhstan’s EasyTap to Build a Unified Workforce Infrastructure in Central Asia

IT Park Ventures Portfolio Startup Verifix and Kazakhstan’s EasyTap to Build a Unified Workforce Infrastructure in Central Asia

The companies have agreed to establish joint ventures in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The partnership will bring together more than 500,000 flexible workers, 85,000 full-time employees, and over 700 corporate clients within a single system.

On September 30, 2026, Kazakhstan-based flexible employment platform EasyTap and Uzbekistan-based workforce management solutions provider Verifix, a portfolio company of IT Park Ventures, agreed to establish joint ventures in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The companies will integrate their technology solutions into a unified system that will enable businesses to plan shifts for full-time employees and, when needed, quickly engage verified self-employed workers.

From Shift Planning to Workforce Sourcing

Retailers, HoReCa businesses, warehouses, and manufacturing companies face daily changes in workforce schedules: employees may call in sick, resign, or miss a shift, while workloads can increase unexpectedly. In many companies, these situations are still handled manually and require significant resources.

The new system will combine the capabilities of both platforms. Verifix will analyze workloads and forecast the number of employees required for each location and time period. If there are not enough full-time employees available, EasyTapwill enable businesses to quickly fill open shifts with verified workers.

According to EasyTap, the platform fills more than 90% of urgent staffing requests, including those submitted just three hours before a shift begins. Shift planning, time tracking, payments, and workforce analytics for both full-time and flexible workers will be available through a single interface.

New Opportunities for Businesses

According to Verifix, accurate time tracking can help companies save around 5% of payroll costs, while workload-based shift planning can generate an additional 10–15% in savings.

The partnership with EasyTap will add another capability: filling staffing gaps within hours instead of going through a lengthy recruitment and hiring process. EasyTap’s clients include Zammler, MagnumGo, Adidas, and Korzinka.

For businesses, this means moving toward a unified system for managing their entire workforce — both full-time and flexible.

A Unified Digital Employment History

Employees and flexible workers will gain access to a digital employment history containing verified records of every completed shift, a personal rating, and opportunities to increase their earnings as they gain experience and develop new skills.

For people entering the labor market for the first time, the system could also serve as an entry point through paid internships with the possibility of subsequent employment.

The integration of the two platforms is expected to make flexible employment more transparent, formalized, and traceable. In Uzbekistan, the Verifix team will lead the development of the joint product, while in Kazakhstan, this role will be undertaken by the EasyTap team.

“Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are allies at the state level. We are doing the same at the level of technology companies, and here 1+1=3: two products, two markets, and one workforce infrastructure for Central Asia. For millions of people, this means that their work — whether full-time or flexible — becomes visible, properly recorded, and protected. For governments, it means a transparent and formal labor market that grows alongside the economy,” said Magzum Tolesh, Founder and CEO of EasyTap.

“Payroll is a significant part of any company’s costs, and every day we see how businesses hire and manage their workforce inefficiently. Now Verifix will not only identify where staff shortages exist but, through our partnership with EasyTap, will also help companies quickly bring in the people they need. This is the first step toward enabling businesses across Central Asia to manage their entire workforce — both full-time and flexible — within a single system,” said Mumin Salimov, Co-Founder and CEO of Verifix.

The first joint clients of the new solution are expected in Q4 2026. In the coming months, the teams will present a more detailed vision for the development of the integrated platform.

About Verifix

Verifix is a workforce management platform designed for companies with large numbers of frontline employees. The solution brings together shift planning, time and attendance tracking, recruitment, HR administration, payroll, and employee development.

The platform is used by more than 480 organizations across 5,000+ locations, managing over 85,000 employees in five countries.

In the summer of 2025, IT Park Ventures invested $150,000 in Verifix, supporting the company’s continued development and expansion.

About EasyTap

EasyTap is a Kazakhstan-based information system operating in the platform employment sector. The service helps companies find self-employed workers for hourly shifts and acts as a tax agent when processing payments.

EasyTap operates in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, covering more than 50 cities. The platform has over 500,000 registered users, while its client base includes more than 250 companies across retail, HoReCa, light industry, and agriculture.

The partnership between Verifix and EasyTap marks an important step in the regional expansion of an IT Park Ventures portfolio company and the development of a unified digital workforce infrastructure for businesses and workers across Central Asia.
