Registration for the Go-to-Market direction of the Bootcamp intensive program, organized jointly by IT Park Uzbekistan and Hackonnect, has opened. This direction is aimed at providing startup founders with practical knowledge on how to bring a product to the market, reach a target audience, and form an effective sales strategy.
The Bootcamp program consists of six areas covering the key stages of startup development. Go-to-Market, on the other hand, focuses on the process of bringing a product to market and delivering it to customers from the stage of creation.
What will the participants learn?
During the program, participants will work on identifying the target market, defining the advantages that distinguish the product from competitors, and forming its position in the market.
Special attention will also be paid to the following areas:
- Market and audience analysis - Identifying appropriate market segments for the product and studying potential customers;
- Go-to-Market strategy - developing a specific action plan for bringing the product to market;
- Attract customers - Selecting effective marketing and communication channels;
- Sales strategy - formation of product promotion and customer service processes.
This knowledge will help startup founders make informed decisions when launching a product, effectively using resources, and launching initial sales.

Oct 22-24, 2026

Why is Go-to-Market important?
While product development is a crucial stage in a startup's development, its market success depends on how well it aligns with customer needs and the correct sales strategy.
A well-developed Go-to-Market strategy allows startups to clearly define their target audience, convey product value to customers, and minimize market entry risks.
This initiative, a collaboration between IT Park Uzbekistan and Hackonnect, aims to develop the practical skills of startup founders in the regions and prepare them to bring their products to the market.
