As part of ICT Week, on September 23, we invite representatives of universities and incubators to a practical workshop featuring Nikolay Tyan and Asyljan Upasheva, experts from Red Team Accelerator.
During the workshop, we will cover:
- how to launch a startup incubation center at a university;
- how to build an effective operating system for an incubator;
- how to select startup teams and organize the process of working with them;
- key steps in developing a startup ecosystem within a university.
The workshop will focus on practical experience in launching, developing, and effectively managing incubation centers at universities.
