egaranti is a Turkish startup founded in 2021 in Istanbul that digitises warranty processes. Consumers keep product and warranty data in one account, while brands manage dealer networks, service-centre requests and extended warranty packages. The company opened an office in Uzbekistan in November 2025 and plans to enter Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

Problem

Paper warranty cards get lost, and warranty and service processes are inconvenient and opaque for both consumers and brands.

Solution

An API-based platform digitises warranty documents, integrates with e-commerce, marketplaces and in-store CRM, and enables extended warranty sales at the point of sale.

Business model

Cloud subscription and per-document fees for companies; commission on extended warranty sales. Free for consumers.
