About the startup

Taneesh is a mobile app and website that combines Tashkent's listings of concerts, exhibitions and parties with dating. Users browse events, see who plans to attend, send invitations and message without a mutual like. Events and people can be filtered by interests. The app is on Google Play.

Problem

Swipe-based dating leads to shallow interactions, and information about city events is scattered.

Solution

Event-based dating: invite people with shared interests to a specific event and find tickets in one place.

Business model

Free core features plus an Elite subscription (unlimited messages, see likes and visits, invisible mode).

Target Market

Young urban residents of Tashkent who attend events.
