VERIDISS consists of five modules: technical supervision according to SAC rules, goal-task-conclusion logic, balance of citations and sources, statistical methodology, and trilingual reporting. Each deficiency is linked to a normative clause with a page and paragraph; the review takes 15 minutes. In 2025, there were 5,707 protections; From January 1, 2027, according to Decree UP-98, responsibility for quality is transferred to academic councils.
Uzbekistan's dissertation defenses grew from 513 (2019) to 5,707 (2025), yet compliance with state SAC rules is still checked manually and subjectively.
