VERIDISS consists of five modules: technical supervision according to SAC rules, goal-task-conclusion logic, balance of citations and sources, statistical methodology, and trilingual reporting. Each deficiency is linked to a normative clause with a page and paragraph; the review takes 15 minutes. In 2025, there were 5,707 protections; From January 1, 2027, according to Decree UP-98, responsibility for quality is transferred to academic councils.
Uzbekistan's dissertation defenses grew from 513 (2019) to 5,707 (2025), yet compliance with state SAC rules is still checked manually and subjectively. From 2027 this duty shifts to academic councils. VERIDISS screens a dissertation against SAC rules in minutes and produce an evidence-based report.
VERIDISS is an AI platform: upload a .docx dissertation, and it checks structure, content, citations and statistics against SAC rules. It returns every issue with its page number, quoted evidence and a confidence level, in a report in 4 languages—before submission to the academic council.
Two revenue streams. B2C: the candidate pays per check — 49,000, 149,000 or 349,000 UZS; the abstract at half price. B2B: the institution buys an annual licence — 15–60 million UZS. The free introduction-and-conclusion analysis is not revenue but an acquisition tool. Gross margin 87–96%.
Three segments: 200+ universities and academic councils, Academy of Sciences institutes, and candidates — 5,707 defences in 2025, 7,500 projected for 2026. Annual market 3.4 billion UZS. Beachhead: medical academic councils; next step: regional markets.
